"This hotel is wonderfully new, clean and very nice on the inside and out. The bed and pillows were top notch - very comfortable. The breakfast was not standout, but perfectly fine for what it is. The water in the bathroom was hot, the HVAC worked and the EV charging station was available. My ONLY complaint would be that, at least in my room (524 I think - end of the hallway on 5th floor), the WiFi was abysmally slow. I couldn't even stream a show without repeated buffering. "Overall, it was an excellent choice for our 1 night stay! The room was very clean, very warm (which we needed in the 5° weather), and the bathroom was very large. The free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! The staff were super friendly! Check in and out qere quick and efficient. We felt safe and slept well! The water pressure in the shower is very light, but other than that personal preference, we had no complaints!"

"Very welcoming lobby, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, loved having coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. The only thing I have an "issue" with is, the indoor pool was not heated!! That is the #1 reason I chose Tru for our stay. too uncomfortably cold for my grand kids!! There were other people that told us, as they were coming out of the pool area, "Don't bother, it is freezing!""
