"The view from the room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, those were the strongest parts of the stay. The smell of cigarette smoke on the ground floor was very strong and unpleasant, and the hotel overall felt quite old, with dated amenities. The view was probably the only feature that felt close to a five-star experience. Overall, it was practical and spacious, but the property itself felt tired and less polished than we expected."

"We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family. The rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The selection was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and a great way to start each day. The location is excellent. The hotel is directly across from Tokyo Skytree and just steps away from the train station, bus stops, and easy access to taxis, making it extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊🏨🗼"

"Stay at Richmond International was such a breeze. Firstly, our room was comfortable enough to house 2A1C. Next, the food and shopping options were amazing. With Uniqlo just below, it makes lugging all my shopping back to my room for another shopping spree easier. Nearby, we had many breakfast options like Denny’s, Komeda's (my personal favourite,) to typical japanese breakfast of onigiri with miso soup. I love the mix of traditional and modern in the Asakusa area. Definitely coming back here if we were to return!"
