"We had a very nice stay at the Hard Rock. We were in Ottawa for Hyrox and the location worked out to be perfect. It’s only a 20min ride from downtown where all the restaurants are. We stayed at the silver suite and it was incredible. The gym was top notch. I just wish they had a spa or an indoor pool but overall very great experience. We dined at the council oak restaurant twice and loved it. "

"The room was clean the staff was sweet and considerate since the AC broke down and gave us a25% discount before we even complained about it! Ana-belle at the front desk did an amazing job to make us feel at home! Sadly when I booked I saw that the parking was free and that the breakfast was included but that turned out to be false and was very problematic. I also know this hotel was just purchased by the brand and is under renovations hopefully by next year it’ll be better as the staff there was...

"Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

"Beautiful! Loved our stay here - the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff were excellent. One minor issue for those with cars or rental cars, the parking was an expensive issue. The barcode we were given didn’t work and had to pay sooo much for parking."

It is a peaceful b and b so close to the nearby attractions but out of it at the same time. The building and rooms are charming and super clean.
The breakfast is excellent. The staff were accommodating and polite.

"Great room with huge bathroom and shower in a prime location. Restaurant and café was awesome. Downside is the parking is not convenient and you have to pay if street parking is not accessible. There was a party with very loud music at the restaurant on Friday that kept us awake until 3 am and a hockey game playing on Saturday so lots of noise as well late into the night. Finally quiet on Sunday for our last day."
