"I always look forward to this charming hotel and this was my third visit. The location is amazing - right across from parc Fontaine. Many of the rooms have views of the park and this time we stayed in a suite with a large patio overlooking the park. Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating such as storing luggage or helped when we had a bath tub issue. Soaker tub was such a lovely treat."

"Probably due to the fact that this is not only a hotel but an Institute that trains people in the hospitality industry, everyone there is anxious to please you and go the extra mile. The rooms are well thought out and designed; not only is every comfort provided, but I also appreciated the excellent lighting in the room. Breakfast is excellent as well. It is also only a few feet from the Metro."

"The stay at this St-Denis apartment was just as advertised: Clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. The kitchen and bathrooms were both stocked with necessities, the WiFi was fast enough for remote work, and the bed was quite comfortable. The stairs up to the third floor were a little tight and a little steep, so travelers with mobility issues may want to consider a unit closer to the ground floor.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the Downtown/Old Port corridor and...

"I really like the central location of this property. We were near a plethora of restaurants, shopping, cafes. The Mont Royal Metro is basically across the street. The property was relatively clean; just wish there was more attention to fixtures like vents and the oven. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"Great location! I would stay again with a small caveat.
The lack of oversight from management means issues aren’t picked up quickly. In my case, the room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived at 4pm (5 hours after checkout) and the blind was broken."

"Extremely disappointing experience. The property was misrepresented in the listing, and what we arrived to was nowhere near the standard that had been advertised. There were holes and stains everywhere, making the place feel poorly maintained and completely unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the host’s attitude. When I attempted to address my concerns and have a reasonable conversation about the discrepancies, the host chose to call me “aggressive” rather than take...
