The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. "Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable"

"Well positioned hotel with a pool. Great buffet breakfast. Room a good size with a nice bathroom and shower. Aircon worked well. Pool was small but we always found a seat in the afternoon and managed to have a swim/cool down. Many bars and eating places around this area, also on several bus routes. Opposite a large department store with a supermarket in the basement. Overall a great place to stay in Valencia."

"Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained."
