"Een mooi hotel maar een aantal zaken in onderhoud. Dit was wel direct gemeld nadat we geboekt hadden. Zoals het zwembad en de fitness ruimte. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en modern. Het ontbijt was elke keer met veel vers fruit beschikbaar. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "

"Fantastic location on the beach and our apartment had a sea view balcony and roof terrace. The hotel is in need of updating and there’s a refurbishment due to start in October which should see this as a prime spot to stay in the future. The staff were all great with housekeeping coming every day if you wanted that. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and anything we asked for was given - with a smile."

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Guardamar with everything on it's doorstep. From the Reception staff to their Housekeeping, from the Bar Staff to their varied menus absolutely everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, free WFI and TV with 3 English channels plus a fridge. A kettle was available if requested at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely solarium with plenty of beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again"

"The reception staff are excellent. They are always pleasant and very helpful. Elena and Jazmin went out of their way for us. All the staff around the hotel are polite and friendly. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 12 because it was so good and in a great position to explore the area on good roads. "
