"ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。"

"El personal es muy amable pero el hotel está muy caro para lo que es. Parece más hostal que hotel. El cuarto es prefabricado y sumamente ruidoso. Huele mucho a comida, las camas son incómodas y las sábanas rasposas. No limpian los cuartos por política hasta que tengas más de 4 días de estancia "
