Good morning Mr. Ducatte,I am sorry to hear that your stay was less than desirable. I understand your concerns about the one entrance of the hotel being blocked with ladders. There was a note left on the door by maintenance stating the door was out of order. There are 4 other exit/entrances that were accessible. It is disappointing that there is no longer a restaurant next door. It did close in 2020. The hotel is also hoping something opens there soon. However, the restaurant was not part of the hotel.There will be a discussion with our staff, to ensure they are giving each and every guest all of the information about the hotel upon check in. And of any issues that may be of concern to guests, such as one of the entrances not being accessible.We hope to see you again, on your next visit to Plattsburgh!
