"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "Hotel is very nice, lots of pools and very good food. Staff is also very nice. Only thing to note some of the chairs by the pool had bird poo and coatis poo on the ground, it can’t be helped but hotel does provide beach towels and gets replaced everyday. The mini fridge and towels also get replaced & replenished daily. The beach is also really nice but we went during sargassum season, so if you want to enjoy the beach I suggest going when they’re not in season."
