"Booked swim up Signature Level suite, cost £2k each for a week, overpriced. Room was lovely, swim up pool great. Noisy room some nights as it was right by Gaucho restaurant, staff rude when complained. Buffet food was barely hot 80% of the time, also very limited choice of food compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Overall, gorgeous hotel and grounds, staff were amazing. Drinks, we'd paid for Signature Level so had premium drinks but cocktails were very hit and miss i.e. no consistency and main lobby bar had some pre-mixed cocktails which were awful (not 5 star). Sky bar cocktails were good, freshly made and the sunset from there was amazing. Generally quite a chilled hotel, DJ by main pool every day at 3pm, could get quite loud and annoying with percussion or drums. Entertainment, other than DJs, only saw one act, two girls singing with guitar, they were good. Lack of entertainment considering this is a 5 star hotel, may be due to being May and not peak season. Pool bar snack bar was good, food was made to order, hot, fresh, inconsistent cocktails, had good ones and bad ones. Overall a lovely hotel, food and cocktails let it down so we wouldn't go back. There's a town about 8 mins away in cab (costs about 7 or 10 euro each way), lovely marina, shops, restaurants etc. "

"I stayed at the hotel with 2 friends, in a triple room. We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very generous - lots of choice in the buffet. Staff were friendly and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Quick check in. Booked supreme room for sea view but was other rooms that had full sea view. Room. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Still or spring water in the fridge would’ve been nice considering the price. Breakfast was plentiful. Check out at 11am is way till early. Asked if could stay till 12 the latest but was refused. Only stayed 1 night to be closer to airport and later flight "

"I chose to stay in the north of the island because I was looking for peace and calm — that’s exactly what I had been told this area and hotel would offer. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The hotel was extremely noisy. Music was constantly playing throughout the property, including in the room corridors and outdoor areas. Even worse, a nearby hotel blasted children’s music til late evening every night, making it almost impossible to rest or enjoy any sense of tranquility. To make matters worse, I became seriously ill after eating at the hotel on the day I arrived. I was so sick that I needed medical assistance the following day. What shocked me most was the lack of proper support from hotel management. Despite being visibly unwell, I was essentially expected to travel all the way to Ibiza town myself to get medication. Something I would never expect from a supposed five-star hotel. Eventually, after insisting, the hotel agreed to arrange the medication for me. Of course, I expected to pay for the medication itself, which is completely normal. However, I was then charged an a crazy amount for the transfer to bring the medication to the hotel. It felt like the hotel was charging for every possible detail rather than showing genuine care for a guest in need. i do want to acknowledge that the blue-collar staff were kind and helpful."

"Great location- right on beach and a 5 minute walk from Hï and Ushaia. The rooms were nice and it was convenient to have a kitchen and living room. The pool deck opened right onto the beach. The price was reasonable for Ibizia."

"Lovely pleasant hotel in great peaceful but convenient location. Great bus routes to local towns that are very cheap too. Nighttime entertainment is poor however so you’ll have to go elsewhere for this! There was a lovely singer on one night to our delight, but the staff had complete disregard for her, moving metal tables and chairs around making a right racket! Found this very disrespectful to the singer and the guests."
