"Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. ..."
