"This hotel is in the category of one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. This was supposed be a nice place but it was not. There was work being done at hotel and it was dirty. The room I had was a suite but did not have a chair, a desk or even a dresser. It had a cheap piece of furniture with shelves. The bathroom faucet and shower had ultra cheap fixtures that were loose and did not work well. The main pool water was somewhat green with splotches of what looked like algae at bottom where I guess paint had peeled. I do not recommend this place to any Expedia user. For the price I expected something much better than this. "

"Shuttle service was nonexistent for our flight (we arrived at 8 pm local time). Other than that our stay was pleasant. Food was great especially the breakfast buffet. Has all the amenities of standard hotel (not luxurious but still nice). Mini fridge and microwave in rooms. Clean, and friendly staff. "

The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our visit. The poolside service was wonderful, and the servers were very attentive. The variety of animals on the property was a unique feature that our kids especially appreciated. We also made great use of both the pools and the beach, which were clean and inviting. One distinctive touch was the traditional room setup—they provide a box with a physical key and remotes, which adds a bit of character and a sense of stepping back in time. Overall, this is a budget-friendly, family-oriented option that delivers good value and a welcoming atmosphere."

"The hotel is really good ,views are increíbles, stuff very attentive, food well done ,good presentation.Pool was really cool ,jacuzzi was nice .General condition are good ,my only recomendation is keep all constructon materials out of view of the guesses. I really recomend this like vacation ,or honeymoon "

"Disgusting place smell like bathroom in the room and by the pool on the beach side We have to put towels by the bathroom doors because the smell was to strong. We got sick with those terrible sewer smell "
