"We booked the Estimar hotel and on short notice got relocated to the SH Ingles hotel due to a „technical issue“. SH ingles in itself was a clean hotel in a good location but was definitely missing the pool, the roof terrace, the gym. Essentially all the items, we booked the Estimar for. Also, SH had super loud rooms with paper thin walls, which was an big nuisance. No compensation for the forgone services and minor quality of the replacement hotel was offered. "Het Valentia Cabillers voelt als een boutique hotel. Het ligt zeer centraal, bijna tegen de kathedraal We hadden kamer 102 en die was ruim. Schoonmaak was altijd gedaan. Bed was prettig. "5 of us stayed at The Mythic Valencia for 5 nights in May. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful - especially Michelle, Larisa and Natalia. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were not at all fazed by all our questions about places to visit, restaurant recommendations, bus and tram services.
