"Room cleaning service is probably the best I’ve had the privilege to experience. I’ve never known a cleaner room. Secondly I have to mention by name - Enrique, Martina and Ana - front of house staff extremely friendly and competent….. By the way the English is about 70-75% fluent - don’t expect full conversations but my goodness - those three are a really exceptional in terms of service. I’m going to come back and see you guys! "Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room!
