They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe."

He helped us book an amazing restaurant for our anniversary dinner, book the transportation, and helped with excursions. A great time was had and we will return."

The air conditioning was cold and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and pressure. The room also had a new smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which was a great touch for relaxing at night. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised.
