"Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. "

"Facility is centric, but has no parking during the day. I had to made more than 8 rides around the block to park, or arrive after 10:30 pm, to find a close parking.
A good paint to the beautiful stairs would be great. Next time, the room key should be in the box. Putting at least one bottke of water in refrigerator to take pills recommended. TV should be in bedroom.. Other than these, experience was good. Thanks "

Aunque la habitación aparentaba estar limpia, la falta de presión de agua fue inaceptable: la ducha no funcionaba y solo salía un chorrito por la pluma inferior. Tampoco había señal de internet en la habitación.
Al informar la situación en recepción, la respuesta fue que debíamos esperar hasta el día siguiente para resolverlo, lo cual es absurdo considerando que ya era nuestro día de salida. Falta total de urgencia y servicio al cliente.
