"Property is clean, well maintained, gym is clean with a good variety of equipment. Beautiful park with a patio outside to have your coffee or meet up with people. Excellent location. Comfortable beds! This is more of a business traveler facility, good Wi-Fi and access to meeting spaces. The not so positive- front desk staff hit and miss. Housekeeping was not very good, although clean rooms, no one cleaned or replenished our towels or made the bed in a 4 night stay. Breakfast options were not...

"The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. "

"First and foremost, the receptionist was extremely rude and talk to me like I was ignorant. I’ve never had an issue with checking in when I use Expedia, but he couldn’t figure out for some reason how to get my booking situated. I was stuck at the front desk for way too long, trying to get it figured out and then he finally figured out what he was doing wrong on his end., they will ask you for a deposit, even though you go to Expedia, which is ridiculous, the ice machine didn’t work at all, and...
