"The bathroom had hair in towel and sink and toilet. The receipt provided was not the same as reservation agreement from www.Hotel.com website portal."

"Beautiful entryway. The room I had was large, well laid out, and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & felt clean & updated. The included free breakfast was fabulous! Warm cinnamon rolls! Scrambled & hard boiled eggs. Veggie sausage, and plenty more. Though there is no restaurant on site, they offered room service...maybe from a ghost kitchen nearby??? Room was well insulated to sound. My stay was very comfortable and quiet."

"Another member of our group found bedbugs in her room on the couch/sofa and they moved her to another room. Unfortunately this was not communicated to the rest of us in a timely manner by the group member. The parking costs $25 a day on top of the $10 a day resort fee. The resort fee was disclosed prior but the parking cost was an unpleasant surprise. We did not experience any signs of bedbugs in the two rooms occupied by myself and my immediate family, however the work we had to do when we got home as a precaution to ensure we did not bring that into our house with quarantining our luggage and decontaminating everything was exhausting and frustrating. The location and condition of this hotel were good. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel appeared to be clean and in good repair and updated recently. The parking has gates with arms that open and close with card entry but it is not secure from external entry on foot so the lot having those arms is simply for the hotel to control capacity and make money off the parking, it provides no actual additional safety or security. The lot was clean and reasonably well lit at night. The room amenities were minimalistic but sufficient. I imagine there may have been some additional things available by request at the desk but I did not inquire. The room I was in had two bottles of hand soap on the counter and no lotion. That was odd, as everyone else had one hand soap and one lotion. Not a huge deal, but meh."

"Classic building but modern bathrooms. Super convenient to BART. "

"Nice hotel, not the most plush or modern Marriott, but it is clean and the location is convenient. It's a little hard to get in and out of as you can only enter on Main, not Parkside, which requires you to head down a ways before you can make a U turn if approaching the hotel from the south. Also, our room had a lovely view of a wall which affects every room in the north wing facing east and east wing facing north. Be forewarned. "

"The room was beautiful, spacious, but frankly the bed was too soft and the edges felt worn down. If you have a bad back and need a firm mattress, this won't do. Not sure if any alternative would be available - I confess I did not ask. Nice selection at breakfast, but the quality of some items was severely lacking. Bread and bagels seemed stale, and I'm not sure how one messes up bacon, but the first problem was probably that it was paper thin. I did not try the other hot items, but the eggs looked like they might have been substitutes or powdered."

"Such a great stay. The staff was amazing. Watching the sunset on the bay from my roomand waking up to the smell of waffles in the was a big plus. Lots of great family food spots in the area. Near a park and golf course. I enjoyed every second of my stay. "
