"The best part about this hotel was the staff and the size of the rooms. Every person who worked there was so friendly and helpful! It matters for those of us who travel and are away from home so much. The room was large and clean. Definitely going to stay here again next year when I need to head back to that area."

"Tha manager was friendly and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was good (we made fresh waffles) but the coffee was terrible. It was a drama-free environment and quiet. The beds could be better, but most hotels in the area suffer from the same problem. All in all I would return again. It did take too long to return my room deposit, but they did return it, so that's good."

"The property is old and outdated. The pool and hot tub was not cleaned. There was hair and dead skin in the hot tub. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and through the stay, we never received housekeeping. I also smelled marijuana in the elevators. It should be a smoke free hotel and it doesn’t seem to be."

"Location is bad, many drug users, marijuana. My work team got intimidated by one guest the first day they got to this hotel. Never staying again, dangerous area, they did not feel safe at all, breakfast was not good. Do not recommend."

"Upon arrival, the manager asked an excessive number of questions, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. The pool is only open Tuesday through Sunday, which was not disclosed beforehand. "Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. "More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next...
