"This hotel is cozy and chic. Staying here set the bar so high for hotels on the Cape. The staff was incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and the vibes were on point. We got stuck on the property for an afternoon due to heavy rainstorm and were so happy to cozy up and mellow out. There were sweet treats everyday, sodas, and ice cream for afternoon and dessert. Plus we were down the road from Cobies, which is essential for us when we're staying in Brewster!"

"This is a 10/10 property!! Paul and the staff were so kind. We decided to stay an extra day and it was no issue. The grounds are gorgeous - sit outside with your morning coffee. The sauna and hot tub were a lovely surprise. A super quick walk to the fun but nice and quiet at night. And the cherry on top is Far Land right next door 😍😍. Already planning a trip back!"

"I didn’t expect it to be so loud in my room from the piano bar. I also had an EXTREMELY loud neighbor across from me the first night. I appreciated the noise machine The only thing (besides the noise) was I would have preferred a dresser to put my clothes in. Otherwise everything else was EXCELLENT!"

"The Bradford was excellent—the room was tidy and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the deck/fire pit were so delightful. It was also nice to be so near Commercial Street and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Lovely experience, will definitely be staying here again."

"We were greeted and checked in by Allison who thoroughly welcomed us and explained their generous amenities. The room was cute and sweet, but was having a plumbing issue (sink in the room) that the guest house was at the mercy of a plumber to attend to. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be fixed in the short time we were there. It was helpful to have on site parking during our stay and breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed the communal space, despite a guest taking business calls throughout breakfast....
