"Excellent in every way for what I wanted--an overnight stay before a very early flight. I left my car there and took their shuttle to the terminal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful."

"Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. "

"The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits...

Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. "We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. "

"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning.
