The staff were the biggest stand out for us. I don’t think we’ve ever had friendlier or more helpful staff anyplace we’ve stayed. It was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. It was a great time! The skiing and other amenities were top notch. We will definitely be back!

Accommodations have been as advertised and promoted. A premium hotel at a good value. Staff has been super cordial and hospitable. Very conveniently located. High-quality place and well managed, definitely has a culture that's customer focus with pride of service

Very nice room, great location in center of town, immaculately clean, like-new construction. Would be 5 stars but I'm not keen on the self-service concept.
