"I want to be as honest as possible with this review.
I booked this hotel at the last minute during an unplanned weekend trip to San Antonio. I chose it because I have stayed at Red Roof properties several times in the past, and my previous experiences have generally been good and consistent with what I expect from the brand.
Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Red Roof hotel.
