"The front desk was very accommodating. They don’t have the room we needed so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite! The staff is very friendly. The room was very big and clean. The restaurants are great and the 24 hour candy sweet shop was delicious! I’ve stayed many times here and i love it!"

"I stayed at the Tropicana for three nights four days in the Solana towers. When I arrived it was earlier than check in time of 4PM, so I did pay for early check-in (It was 2PM). When I got to my room it was not cleaned. There were beer cans on the table, garbage on the floor, towels on the floor in the bathroom, and the bed looked like somebody just rolled out of it. I did call the front desk to let them know. The cleaner did clean it up pretty fast. She told me give her 30 minutes. Once the room was cleaned, I have no complaints about the room. One more thing is the elevator. Waiting for the elevator to go up to the room and back down to the lobby was insane. Only two elevators were working, out of the four elevators there. I don’t know why the other other two were off. The casino is nice and big. Everything is in the hotel so you don’t really have to go out if you don’t want to."
