"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park. It was about a 5 minute drive to the parking area of the park. The staff was excellent and the rooms were modern and very clean. They helped us with the best way to visit the park and what to do there. Their food was very good, and there were 3 or 4 other restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this Hotel."

"A delightful little place, a short drive south from the national park. There was a delicious breakfast spread in the morning, and we were able to make sandwiches to take with us since we were going to the park. It's a great little place for anyone visiting the park!"

"Villa Sumrak was amazing! This is a family-run B&B and you can tell a lot of care has been put into it. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the scenery in this area was quiet and beautiful. The B&B is very close to an unmarked 3rd entrance to the national park. It is a 5 minute drive and then 5 minute walk into the park to P3, where you can catch the boat into the park. Marko was extremely helpful in giving us details about the park, that entrance, and the best route to take. The...

"Wow! This was a great property! So clean. It’s family owned so they really care about your stay. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant both nights. It was great! It was about 24 euros for soup, salad, entree and desert. The red wine was amazing, 4 euro. Before dinner we had wine on the shared terrace and met great couples each night, one from Belgium and one from Munich. We walked to Plitvice thru entrance 3. "Villa Verde was perfect with only 5min. drive from the 2nd Entrance of Plitvic Lakes. You MUST have a breakfast which is perfect way to start a long day of walking in the National Park. Everything was fine with Villa Velde. Only down side was the water pressure of shower was very weak. But I really recommend this place. "
