"I needed to be in Plymouth for an event. While it’s only 17 miles away, I was so busy that day, and the day after I booked a hotel in town. When I saw a Moxy had opened I had to stay there. I was not disappointed. It’s in what I would call a developing part of the city. The parking (paid) provided by the hotel is a little small. However over the road is a large paid car park. The hotel itself has all the laid back, chilled vibe that you’d want and expect from a Moxy. It’s perfect for most kinds of get aways, regardless of your tribe. Best of all, the bed will wrap you up and send you into a perfect nights rest. Equivalent to a week in my old bed. I usually go budget and stay “Travelodge” or “Premier”. I’d now say push the boat out and upgrade. Enjoy. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, breakfast was excellent with good quality products…. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but the menu is varied and the people I saw eating seemed to be enjoying themselves. It’s less than 10 mins from the A38, through country lanes which makes you feel as if you are a lot farther from the hustle and bustle than you actually are…..a gem of a find and I will be back…."
