"Dead mouse in the hallway, live cockroaches in the room bathroom. They were more worried about the dead mouse than the live cockroaches. We did not get the handicapped accessible room we needed for the first of the night we stayed and then they at least moved us to an accessible room after the first night, but the 2nd and further nights we were moved to an accessible room later on. Even the accessible room was not really accessible as you could not get a wheelchair between the end of the bed...

"I travel quite a bit, and have never been at a hotel where Room Service comes around before 8am. I was shocked and as a female traveling alone, I was a little scared that anyone was knocking on my door that early."
