Starfish is home to us. Clean and comfortable, nice pool, crystal clear beach, friendly staff, good food and bar selections were great. Will always come back!

My girlfriend and I visited for a shortly get away.Our experience started off rough with late check in as our room was not ready.The receptionist at the front did not seem friendly,seem irritated by our questions and did not communicate well with us about food drinks etc.This was the same mood of the kitchen staff and waitress.Costumer service was not one of the high points of this trip. Security,Bartenders and Mr.J were all welcoming and treat guest well. Properly needs better maiming the beach chairs were broken a the umbrellas on the beach had mold a bird poop all over it. The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very convenient to get around and explore the island. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality throughout my stay. However, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. While they were professional, the level of warmth and hospitality was lacking, which affected the overall experience. With friendlier customer service, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.

This is my second time at this hotel food was good entertainment was great pool was clean only the hot tub was not working at the time we were there overall I had a great birthday at the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend under the all inclusive package. Check in took much longer than expected. No premium alcohol for the included drinks but it was still effective enough. Room was comfortable although shower was a little small. Meals were limited scope but possible to find something to eat for all diets. Taste of the food was not the best for each meal.

Generally a decent location. The area is kid friendly. The bathroom towels quality and quantity could have been better. There is not much standard electrical plugs so ensure you dont need one. Overall visit was good.

The property was in a decent area with beach access even though we didn’t go on the beach. The pool bar only had low-tier alcohol. There was no seating at the pool bar. There was no fan at the pool bar (badly needed). The servers at the morning breakfast weren’t friendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there. A half a smile goes a long way. A couple of times they were fussing about something while the guests were around. The front desk was helpful. Decent job of keeping the pool clean. The hot tub did not work. We only ate breakfast there and it was good. We had several family members there with rooms. Killed a spider in one. Lived with a gecko in another and had ours sprayed for ants. Understandable that we were in a country where that might be hard to control. The maintenance and grounds were decent for the price point, but there is some work that could be done. Not sure why the shacks are covering up the view of the beach from the pool. Looks they should be torn down and clean up that area. There’s more to say here but I think I’d look to book somewhere else if I were to return.

The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles marked in marker , the toilet seat was worn and the bed was lumpy . I mean for an all inclusive resort at least provide basis and this did not get ONE

I stayed at this resort previously when it operated under Turtle Beach and returned because of the great experience I had then. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst all-inclusive vacations I've experienced. Most of the staff were unhelpful and had poor attitudes. At breakfast, a friend wanted to join us, but despite the dining area being mostly empty, a staff member refused to let her sit with us and directed her elsewhere. The resort also provided only five small bottles of water in our room. When we ran out around 9:30 p.m., the front desk informed us that no additional water would be provided and suggested refilling the empty bottles at the bar. However, the bar was already closed, leaving us without water until morning. The food was acceptable but lacked variety, and drink service was limited to two drinks per person at a time. It was also disappointing to learn that shrimp dishes at the grill required an additional charge despite being at an all-inclusive resort. Our room was in need of maintenance as the bathtub had a large crack in the middle and felt unstable. Overall, my fiancée and I did not enjoy our stay. Based on the poor service, limited amenities, and room condition, we would not return or recommend this resort.

The ocean was visible from my room, such a beautiful scene. The staff was the best especially Mitch and Taneal! You guys made our day! The rooms were clean, the bathroom could do with a little tlc. Will be going back in the near future
