Hotel Keluarga di Plymouth Meeting

"We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed."

"From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

"Upon arriving, you can smell smoke and urine walking through the door. The place is old and ran down. The elevators were filthy. Our room had blood splatter on the bathroom door and on the wall. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just new towels placed inside. There wasn’t any working Wi-Fi The front desk associate was pleasant at night and during the day. If only I could receive a refund, we couldn’t even shower there. We had to go home just to shower."

"There is a small gym. Breakfast was individually wrapped muffins and packets of oatmeal which was less than expected . The room was disappointing and not welcoming."

"Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!"
