"The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a reflection on staff but more on the owners who are not taking care of the property. It was very sad watching cleaning staff struggle to get everything done due to the elevators. They definitely need raises, they are working so incredibly hard."

"Everything was great and clean. Exactly what you'd expect. This was our second time staying here and we specifically chose it because of how great everything was last time and we weren't disappointed. Matt at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He even knew about the hidden button to change TV inputs!"
