Everything was good!! Only thing that I thought about was that it would've been nice to have a Mirror in the room itself. So when you have more than one person in the room they'll be able to check and make sure that they look good.

2 outside doors broken, anyone off the street can walk in. No way to lock them. 2 of 4 ice machines broke. Room had bugs on AC and food in the refrigerator. This place was horrible.

The property is run down and needs a total upgrade. The first room they assigned us had not been cleaned. The next room had been cleaned, but trash left in garbage can. The room keys did not work. The indoor pool water was green and slimy. The reason we chose this property was for kids to swim. I can't believe this was a Wyndham resort.

Check in and out was easy. The hotel looks rough, cleanliness was ok. Barely any pool towels. Pool was soooo small, cloudy, not clear. Outside pool is closed. No hot tub. Breakfast was out of regular coffee, not a soul around to tell. No fresh fruit, ran out of most items before the end of breakfast (9:30am) about 9:15 a lady showed up to refill things. We stayed one night, the morning we were leaving I noticed mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom- about two feet of black growth, not just a little. I can’t believe this hotel has the ratings it does. I will not be returning.

It was unkempt, all garden beds full of weeds 2-3 feet tall, no pool towels available. Charged an additional 50.00 upon arrival in case we caused damage like smoking. We don’t smoke! Room wasn’t very clean. Carpet in halls torn and dirty. Walls in room dinged and needed repair. If it hadn’t been a nonrefundable reservation, we would have cancelled and gone to a better location.
