"Checking in four guests, got to the room strong pet odor. Three towels in the bathroom, required one trip to the front desk. No toilet paper another trip to the front desk. We were in town for a soccer tournament with our kids, the pool and hot tub were not functioning. The overall atmosphere of the hotel screamed “The Shining” long dark hallways. Breakfast area was run down and dirty. We walked next door to the convenience store for breakfast every morning. The whole place needs a remodel or complete demolition."

"Staff was very helpful and nice, but next time I’m bringing my camp trailer. The bathtub was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, we wore flip flops to rinse off. The bed comforter had a stain on it, the heater only worked half the time. My friend found a live maggot on her pillow. Also none of the pictures online matched the room, this was absolutely false advertising!"

"We have stayed in other hotels in the area for multiple days like this stay but never have we had staff ask multiple times if we needed room housekeeping and or towels . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and i will be returning. "

"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."
