"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". The equipment was good for our short stay and the balcony...

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. "Lorena apartments are a superb accommodation in Pomena! Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful.
