"Struttura molto pulita e ben curata, personale di sevizio gentile e preparato. Nonostante l’edificio non sia recente il livello di conservazione e i successivi interventi lo rendono gradevole ed accogliente. Centro benessere ben strutturato ed attrezzato. Consigliato."

"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. ..."

"Lovely apartment, had everything you could ask for...and cheap as I got it for £50 the day before I travelled. A quick 5 minute walk from Villach HBF. The information was clear and kept updated and I was pleased to be able to check in an hour or so early to dump my suitcase off and then explore"
