However, the lady at the front desk during breakfast hours was horrible. She didn't smile and her reply to my questions felt forced. Her demeanor felt like she just wants to be left alone. Hospitality industry needs folks who are good with people. We expect better."

"Loved this hotel. Perfect location in the centre of the Rimini Marina Centro area just a few meters from the beach front, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern and of a good standard. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I have to say that the service in this hotel is great particularly at reception. I contacted them in advance and exchanged several emails with them because we were a large group so a bit of communication was required and they were very helpful. The best...

"Super location close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. My single room was very well appointed and included a fridge which was useful. Bottled water provided daily. The bathroom was small but very modern and had everything I needed even a rear view mirror which was handy for applying sun cream! The staff were great and really helpful. This is a well run hotel with very good facilities and lovely food at a reasonable price. They take care of their customers. Highly recommend."

"We spent 2 nights and was on the top floor #6. The balcony was a bit noisy from an exhaust fan on the very top of hotel. It has a hot tub, which I was looking forward to using until I learned that it would cost 100 euros. The breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed the honey and comb tray. The staff spoke good English and were helpful with directions and telling me of transportation options. They responded to a text which I deeply appreciated."

We took the bus and then hauled our luggage up the very long trek to the hotel. We were not informed that the hotel could have picked up the luggage and bring it to our hotel. We used their service when we left."
