Excellent staff who arranged early checkin both days on my stay as I arrived early the first day and needed to change another type of room on next day. Seamless move! Very happy for their absolutely tasty dinner and breakfast provided! Unforgettable experience !

Such a great stay!

Probably the best hotel / resort I've ever stayed in. We splurged for the Igloo and saw the Northern lights through the glass ceiling on our second night. Food was outstanding, especially considering it was a buffet, but you'd never know it. Staff were all incredible, super friendly, helpful and just some of the kindest people I've met. Will absolutely be back!

Activities and room were excellent

Perfect location for everything you’d need in saariselka. We stayed in a superior apartment which was fab. Great size for 2 adults and 2 children, with own sauna and drying cabinet which was well used! The apartment was well equipped with essentials such as soap, toilet roll, tea towel etc. cannot fault the apartment at all!

We loved everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet.

We rode Jbus from Inari to Nuorgam holday village and the bus stopped right at reception. We stayed two nights in a comfortable self catering apartment and paid for a delicious buffet breakfast. As we didn't have a car we arranged with Raimo to take us us for a day trip into Norway reaching Varanger bay. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Beautiful cabin, and the Christmas tree and decoration was a lovely touch. The cabin is perfectly located in the centre of Saariselka next to the Holiday Club Resort (where all of our booked excursions picked up from) and by the bus stop for the airport bus. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. Glass Igloos and surrounding were amazing! Nice location with Ski resorts, restaurants and bus stops nearby. A bit of walk for Supermarket. Igloos have all necessary stuff with proper heating. Lots of Finnish varieties in Breakfast. It’s based in Luosto which is a quiet place with wilderness unlike other crowded places which is a huge plus. Overall enjoyable experience and highly recommended!

Great place to stay for a ski holiday. Slopes are not crowded, staff is very helpful, room is very nice. Restaurants and ski lifts all in walking distance. The only thing is that we didn’t receive the room code before we arrived for our late check in.
