"Kitchen was good, everything we needed to cook, and cereal and toast with beverages for breakfast. Vincent was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was warm and fairly quiet. The little bit of noise from the trains didn’t bother us."

We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. "I had x2 stays at the Inn while travelling up north then back home. Heater on when I arrived in late, the room very clean, a quick trip to the ferry terminal. Staff easy to chat with on the phone. I’d definitely stay again , parking available and they have a restaurant( can’t comment on this as I travelled too late at night to use this facility) It’s a very comfortable place to stay!"

"It is in a beautiful location - stunning view. There was plenty of activities to do, it is well-equipped - we enjoyed the paddle boarding, but the room was much more dated than the website photos appeared and we had mixed experience with the staff - a few seemed reluctant to interact. You only have one choice of restaurant but the food was really good - dinner and breakfast"

"Always have a fantastic stay here when in Picton. Great view from the balcony and a wonderful apartment style stay. Unfortunately, the building was under maintenance construction at the time. But it was still great."
