10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super helpful with extending our stay and linking the reservations. The property was clean and well maintained. Was not aware of having to pay $26 a day to park on the property. I was also looking forward to the lazy river but was also not aware that we had to pay for a tube to float. The tubes were reasonably priced but you can also bring your own tubes. This might have been something I overlooked in the hotel write up just a fair warning to others looking to stay here"

"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Hotel property is close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean and the AC works great. However the pool closes at 10, would be cool if it closed at midnight. Breakfast is only from 6-10am which I believe would be more convenient to stay open until 12pm. Our shower hot water never got hot only stayed Luke warm. And you have to request turndown service you would think with a resort fee you would automatically get that daily. And the washers and dryers are kind of a mess with the wifi I had to tap my card around 10x on each machine to get them to work. Overall this hotel is a 7/10 and is very close to the theme parks."

"As we arrived we checked in there was a little bit of a wait some people looked a bit upset. Then we went to get in our swimsuits to play at the water park that we booked this hotel for. We took our 2 year old to the Waterpark area to find out it was closed my little was very upset and has to deal with that so we go to see what was going on. Everyone was very nice to us and we talk to a man named Dana very very nice man. He comped our first night for us and bought us all ice cream our toddler was then happy. The rest of the say was very nice they reopened the Waterpark an hour early then close an hour later, because it was closed the night before. Overall we had a pretty good stay And had a great time The room was clean. The bed was comfy. 4 out of 5 stars for me."

"Amazing hotel. No issues on our stay. Great benefit is getting early access in to Universal parks before the general public. Volcano bay to get a good spot and Islands of Adventures to get on big rides. Shuttle busses arriving all the time to take you to Universal parks and return frequently. About $10 Uber fare to Sea World and Aquatica. Would definitely book again if visiting Orlando."
