"My husband and I decided to bring our family here for our daughter 2nd birthday for the weekend . I must say that I'm big on customer care the staff & (S/o to Tamili ) the receptionist!!was the best. Everyone was very welcoming and professional during our stay .which was a plus . "Stayed for a weekend getaway with family and small children. The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The pool was great. The kids enjoyed the splash pad area. Was nice to have music and pool bar and grill right there as to not have to leave hotel. Parking was easy right in front of your building. Safe place to stay for vacation. Will definetly be booking again."

"This was a great place to stay, close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and a great price. We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...

"This is my favorite Orlando area hotel (hotel . . . not full-fledge resort) Comfortable. Clean. Upscale. Great breakfast (with made to order omelets)! The only downside is the whacky parking gates that do not always open when you attempt to arrive/leave. Assistance is available via a call box. Overall, a great value for the money and a great, convenient location with many food/shopping options nearby."

The only down fall was that the restaurants that are on property are ridiculously over priced so we ended up eating out away from the hotel. I’m not paying $15 for a 6year olds meal..that’s insane. "
