"We really enjoyed this hotel and we would stay here again! It is more affordable than similar properties that are right within Newport but is still an easy ten or so minute drive into the heart of Newport. The property was clean and modern. I wish we had time to use the heated pool!"

"We never had our room cleaned as we were only there for two nights. There were laundry facilities downstairs, so that was helpful for us. We used the shuttle bus when we wanted to go downtown for dinner. Seemed much easier than having to find a parking space and deal with the parking app. The shuttle drivers were all very friendly. The only problem I had was when I asked the front desk person where we pick up the shuttle. She looked perplexed and said she was new. Um, shouldn’t that be a part of the training???"

"My stay at the Sonesta was good. I was in and out for a fishing trip. The front desk was really nice and helpful. The original room I had a very strong smell of moist clothes that were left in the wash for a few days. I figured it out it was coming from the shower curtain. The front desk was quick to help me change the rooms and was super nice about it. I would definitely stay there again."
