"We got to the hotel almost 4 hours early and asked if we could have an early check-in — Jay was super helpful and accommodated us within 5 minutes (I know that's not always the case, but he let us know it may not be possible since they were sold out the previous night and was very nice about it). Our entire stay was perfect. The property is very well maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area is really cute with a ton of lounge areas, and we basically had it to ourselves anytime we went out there, which wasn't too often, but it was nice and quiet. We spent our first few nights in San Diego at the Marriott Marquis Marina, which was gorgeous and in a prime location, but honestly I enjoyed our stay here more due to the quiet atmosphere and staff. 10/10 would stay here again and we're already talking about coming back with our kids. Thanks Jay and everyone else that helped us — I'm sorry I didn't catch everyone's name but you were all fantastic and you made our last 3 nights in San Diego wonderful!"

"The property was OK. But there was an issue with my confirmation. Originally, they said they could not find the reservation. Luckly, I had the confirmation number, but it took them a while to find it and check me in. They said it had something to do with being booked via a third party (Expedia I suppose). Not sure where the problem is (Expedia, the hotel, or some place else), but Luckly they had a room. It is something that needs to be fixed."

"Overall, I would say 3 1/2 to 4 stars for the whole experience of staying here. They have redone the inside of the rooms but could use a little more work. Staff is a five out of five they are awesome parking was small and tight so no big trucks recommended but overall experience was five out of five ACs work great they are mini splits, newer, and installed. "
