"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."

"The price we paid did not match the quality of the stay. The room was very worn down, and we experienced a leak that appeared to be caused by the balcony drainage flowing directly into the room. The kitchen area was covered in water, and the carpet was soaked as well. It also seemed like this was not a new issue. We contacted the operator once we realized what was happening.
We chose not to switch rooms because it was already late at night and inconvenient to move. Additionally, the check-in...

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "
