"The Breakfast could be a little better. Peanut Butter could be added and different jams other than just grape to put on your toast. Everyone likes peanut butter. Maybe different kinds of bagels other than just plain. My husband really liked your coffee though."

"Probably the prettiest curb appeal of the hotels on the main street. Just far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to walk to dinner. The staff is as very accommodating. The breakfast was great and convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"Overall the hotel was good to very good for what we needed it to be. I would rate it as very good when you factor in the very affordable price. Why simply needed a clean and safe place to sleep for both nights and that exactly what we got. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean but dated and could use some upgrade. Again, not a problem considering the price and what our needs were. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you want something higher end then you simply will have to pay for it. That is the world we live in now. Folks need to understand that when it comes to pretty much anything anymore."

"If you have ever wondered what staying in Mackinaw City in the early to mid 90s, look no further. This hotel will answer all these questions. The hotel itself seemed to be in need of a little sprucing up, but it was clean. The room itself was large and spacious. The staff was nice. The area was quiet, aside from a bit of noise from passing traffic. The bathroom was large and spacious, which I feel like is rare in hotel bathrooms. Lovers of the 90s will love the decor. From the carpet to the comforters, from the furniture to the colorful bathroom, it was definitely a room my grandmother would have loved and booked for us in 1993. The room itself was great, all joking aside. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the room itself was awesome. If you need a place to stay during your vacation, this would be a decent place to stay. It is outside the main downtown area and is a charming place. It is away from all the traffic and noise of downtown, but easy access to head south to Cheboygan or other places nearby."
