"The room was clean so was the property, the place was not full so I wish they would try to keep the 2nd floor empty over the people on the bottom floor"

"The first night we were in this motel we had the NOISIEST neighbors upstairs. I couldn't believe how loud they were just walking back and forth and up and down the stairs right outside our room. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room on the second story and the next morning we were moved! Absolutely no issues after that. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend!"

We booked a “superior room” which means nothing like the photos. We were told it’s just a standard queen with a water view balcony. "Bottom line. Update of the property is mandatory. Paint the walls. Get rid of the shipping containers in the courtyard. Put new air conditioners in. And please update the photos of your property. The entire property should have pictures. I would’ve made a different decision much earlier had I known what the property was actually like. "

"The room was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because it was so loud. Not that there were loud people, but because the building is so old and poorly insulated that you can hear everything happening in other rooms like it's in your room."

The door to the room had a considerable gap at the bottom allowing light and the elements in. Some mold and old caulk in the bathroom, as well as the hairdryer that shorted out mid-use."

"From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. "If I could give this place negative star rating I would. When I booked this hotel online I rather reviews than 20 minutes later. I attempted to cancel my reservation only to be offered a 50% refund per the hotel policy. I decided to try this hotel the first room that they put me in did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress. It just had a flat sheet folded over the top half. They went to bring me a fitted sheet and we noticed there was ants everywhere all over the floor. They moved us to a room...
