Although hotel is dated and showing signs of aging, it was very clean. Beds super comfortable. AC worked quite well. Staff were lovely. Location was perfect. I would definitely book here again.

i got the king size bed with the jacuzzi and it was so nice, for a good price, definitely would stay there again, everyone was so nice, they left you alone but if you needed something, they were there, it was quiet and a really nice place overall, the prices were amazing as well, i really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is nice but is a little different! The layout is confusing but I would totally stay again. The 2 bedroom suite was worth it! The pool was clean and big also. We used the little arcade and that was fun but some things weren’t working the best. All in all we would stay again price wise, convince of two bedrooms when you have kids and location!

Pros: 1. Conveniently located on state street, across Shepler’s ferry port, 2. Good selection of hot breakfast and helpful attending staff, 3. Ample parking space, keycard access to the property and room Cons: 1. Old building with less appealing appearance, 2. Old room carpets that haven’t been deep cleaned in a while, 3. Queen beds were mediocre and not too comfortable. Overall: good for 2-3 nights stay.

Great experience and if we go back to St Ignace, we will be staying at the Budget Host Inn. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, proximity to Sheplers was great, and overall loved the stay.

Our room was clean and quiet. The facility itself was older but in decent shape. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were not particularly friendly. Our room was as described and they have a pet friendly policy which is one reason we selected them. Our only real issue was with the super uncomfortable pillows on the beds. I’d say you definitely should bring your own. My husband and I both had sore neck and shoulders the next day.
