"Stayed 3 nights, and our room was only cleaned one time…even after requesting housekeeping service. Our soaps and shampoo were empty on arrival and never refilled. For $500 a night, the room was in need of updating. Very dark at night due to lack of lighting. Bathroom door had serious water damage. Very small tv for the room size. Just not what you would expect for the price."

"As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel."
