For those of you with no patience at all (which we truly and utterly understand) WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS RESORT !! "The map shows this in Pokhara, it is across the lake and is only accessible via a 20 to 25 min small row boat. You have to call the hotel and get on of their staff to come get you or hire a boat to take you. It is NOT accessible by car. There are not 10 restaurants and bars, there is just the kitchen at the hotel. There is not A/C in the rooms. There are mosquitos and leeches, so take repellent and check yourself for leeches. Don’t plan on going into Pokhara for a dinner and back to hotel,...

"When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience."

"Please don’t book this hotel in online. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms ( 31 Dec 2025) and when checked in, there was not available room for us. They even not say sorry and showed us other hotel room which is smell, dirty and dark. Finally we left that place and back to home in midnight, 20 km faraway from the city. I am still don’t know I whether can get refund my money or not. "
