"When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience."

"Fraudulent listing, DOESN'T EXIST. The real hotel at that address is Hotel Balcony and is ONLY listed on agoda and booking as of april 2025. Expedia has been notified. my money was refunded and they said the listing was suspened and under investigation but i still see it here now as i write this review. "
