The entrance is super nice and beautiful but honestly the room did not live up to the photos. We felt deceived. The outlets were Indian and not compatible with any of our universal plug adapters. The cleaning was not complete with dust under furniture and in the curtains. The room was smaller than expected and the hallway was very noisy. The bathroom was very rough, with mould in the window. The towels were rough and not great. Overall it left a lot to be desired. We actually contemplated moving to another hotel after the first night.

Sehr angenehmes, sauberes Hotel.

Der Empfang war sehr nett, und die Leute sehr hilfsbereich. Wir waren eine kl.Gruppe von 6 Leuten, und obwohl wir nicht auf gleichen Stockwerken die Zimmer bekamen, waren die Receptionisten sehr hilfsbereich, und hätten Zimmer gewechselt, wenn das sehr gewünscht worden wär. Also einfach super.

we requested for airport pick up, it was easy to set it up, upon entrance area feels super safe, clean and the front entrance is just wow, its dense with full of flowers, trees with nice outdoor seating if you love that. The receptionist was quick and helpful to help us rent a scooter, our deluxe room was clean, tidy and bright, with a balcony. overall nice and quiet stay, they have food/drinks so its was nice. Hotel itself is few mins away from the lake, so for us it was great. must visit if you are in town.

The staff are very helpful and the hotel is in a nice quiet area only a couple of minutes walk to the Main Street and lakeside. The Silver Oaks provided the perfect environment for a lovely 4 days rest after my Annapurna trek and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing hotel. There is a good choice of breakfast and excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

コスパ最高！

メイン通りから少し中に入った静かな場所。 部屋は広く、バルコニーも付いていて使いやすかったです。バスルームは、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りがなくて、シャワーを使うと便器が濡れますが、広くてまぁ我慢できました。24時間熱いお湯が出て良かったです。 wifiサクサク‼︎ 朝食は、いろんな種類から選べ毎朝楽しめました。コンチネンタルがおすすめ(焼き方チョイスできる卵料理、じゃがいもの炒め物、トースト)。 ツアーデスクが併設されており、カトマンズ行きのバスを手配してもらいました。朝7:30発のバスでしたが、朝食を通常の営業時間より早く用意してくれました。バスステーションまで無料送迎もしてくれ、最後まで至れり尽くせり快適な滞在でした。

Superb Hotel

The staff is absolutely friendly. You can have your breakfast or just relax in the beautiful garden with plenty of flowers and plants.

포카라 중심과 가까운 거리 페와 호수와 가까운 거리

조식도 괜찮고 위치도 좋음! 산촌 다람쥐하고도 가까워서 좋았음 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 트레킹 후 지친 몸과 마음을 녹일 수 있었음

Good location, comfortable stay

Pros: most staff were very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable environment, included a la carte breakfast, beautiful grounds, ideal location Cons: a bit noisy, wifi in our room didn't work as was too far from the server, extra firm mattress (granted it was clean and comfortable - but harder than I've experienced in any standard hotel)

買い物も、街へ繰り出すのにバスが出る場所が近いのもgood

全体に良かったですけど、洗面台から水が漏れていてちょっと嫌だな、と思っただけで、この価格でネパールなら、良い方だと思いましたょ。

Very comfortable hotel one block from lake

We had a very good experience at the Silver Oaks Inn. The standard room I booked was not available so we got a free upgrade. The room was great. Staff very friendly, they made us an early breakfast because we had to leave before the kitchen opened. I would definitely stay there again!

Good location, spacious room with sunlight into it

I found the check-in process of the Silver oaks inn very easy and fast. Also the staff were trying to give me a room according to my priority. They have very big, spacious rooms. Three persons could easily fit into their standard double rooms. The rooms have natural light which is an important point for me and my family members. Try to get a corner room from where you can see a bit of city view. The best thing of the hotel is its location. Its very close to Fewa lake- for me it was 5-10 minutes walking distance. The amenities were fine compared to the price we paid. Although I could be happier if they had new toilet fittings- rest of the facilities were okay. The travel desks staff were nice and helpful and they helped us finding a taxi while leaving the hotel.

Value for money
