"Great location and place for a family vacation. Room is relatively spacious, staff was helpful with sending luggage and it’s very close to the train station. Only comment is that the laundry doesn’t actually dry the clothes, even after 2 additional drying cycles."

The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the biggest highlights is the location—shopping is literally everywhere. You’re surrounded by stores, restaurants, and everything you might need, all within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a really good stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of Ginza."

"This hotel is in a great location just a short walk to Ginza and a train station entry right out front. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite reasonable at 2000 yen with a wide variety of Japanese and western food on offer. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
