"Great location and place for a family vacation. Room is relatively spacious, staff was helpful with sending luggage and it’s very close to the train station. Only comment is that the laundry doesn’t actually dry the clothes, even after 2 additional drying cycles."

The room was overall clean and comfortable, and the in-room washer was a plus. Breakfast options were fabulous, they really packed a lot into the buffet, and the amenities bar was a nice addition. I did remove one star from cleanliness as the shower had a very strong mildew smell, although the surfaces were all spotless."

"This hotel is in a great location just a short walk to Ginza and a train station entry right out front. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite reasonable at 2000 yen with a wide variety of Japanese and western food on offer. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
